What our school contributes to the local offer.

At Sutton on Sea Community Primary School, we are proud to contribute to the Lincolnshire Local Offer, which sets out the range of services and support available for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and their families.

Our School’s Role in the Local Offer; we contribute by:

• Identifying and assessing additional needs as early as possible
• We provide high quality teaching and personalised support
• We follow the Graduated Approach: assess, plan, do, review
• We work in partnership with parents, carers and outside professionals
• We make reasonable adjustments to ensure that pupils with SEND can access learning and all aspects of school life
• We share information and signpost families to wider services and advice

We provide links to the local offer on our website.  The SENCO can support families in finding relevant services and contact details. 

Parents who need additional support can be signposted to SENDIASS, health professionals, LIAISE, Early Help, EMTET or other agencies.
